Ideal for both retail and ecommerce, our Mailer Boxes and Shipping Boxes are sturdy and safe for mailing, while Product Boxes are designed for display or can be packed within another box for delivery.

If you’re designing in Adobe Illustrator, simply upload your file using our Dieline Upload tool, and we’ll provide a quote as soon as possible. You can also email your design to our customer support team for assistance. Don’t have final artwork yet? You can still receive a rough quote by selecting the size, material, and quantity on our product pages.

Our standard turnaround time for most custom packaging orders is approximately 10 business days. For faster delivery, we offer Rush production with a 7-business-day turnaround. Please note, shipping transit time (6-10 business days depending on your location) is not included in these estimates. Special or bulk orders may take additional time to produce. During peak times, production may take longer. For time-sensitive projects, we recommend opting for Rush production and expedited shipping.

Yes, every new order includes a digital proof! After you place your order, our Prepress team will review your design and send a 2D/3D digital proof to your email within 24 hours. You can request changes directly through the proof page if needed.

Our in-house Prepress team will carefully review your design for technical issues such as resolution, blurriness, splits, thin lines, and bleeds. Any concerns will be flagged in the proof for your attention. While our team can assist with technical fixes, we do not check for spelling, grammar, or provide subjective design feedback.

Yes, we offer inside printing for most of our box styles, including Mailers, Shipping Boxes, and Product Boxes.
